— About Jennifer

I don't believe you need someone to tell you who to become — you need space to hear yourself.

I'm Jennifer. For over 20 years I've worked with leaders, teams, and professionals who are ready to slow the noise, get honest about what matters, and choose what's next with real clarity.

For more than 20 years,

I've worked in marketing, communication, strategy, and leadership — helping people make sense of complicated situations, communicate more clearly, and figure out what comes next.

Somewhere along the way, that work became personal.

I went through my own seasons of change, questioning, and growth, and figuring out what actually felt right for me. What I learned was that clarity rarely comes from pushing harder or gathering more advice. It comes from understanding what's shaping the way you see a situation, getting honest about what matters, and giving yourself room to choose differently.

That curiosity led me deeper into coaching and the study of how people think, create meaning, communicate, and change.

Today, J2ML brings those worlds together.

Real-world business and leadership experience, coaching, NLP, positive psychology, and practical tools that help people slow the noise, see more clearly, and move forward in a way that feels like their own.

"I don't believe people need someone else to tell them who to become. I believe the right space, perspective, and questions can help them hear themselves more clearly."

— Training & Credentials

Real-world experience, backed by formal training.

My approach is shaped by both real-world experience and continued study of how people think, communicate, grow, and create meaningful change.

I've also worked with my own coaches — in career development, leadership, and personal growth — which has deeply informed how I support others.

I'm a strategist by nature. I ask a lot of questions, I notice patterns, and I believe some of the most useful conversations happen when we stop trying to immediately solve something and get curious about it instead.

— A Little More About Me

J2ML is an extension of that curiosity — a place to think, to question, to notice, to get clear, and ultimately, to make choices that feel more intentional and more like your own.

— Ready to Talk?

You don't have to know exactly what you need before reaching out. We can start with a conversation about where you are, what's on your mind, and what you'd like to be different.

— Book a Free Consultation

No pressure. Just a conversation about where you are.

Most people who reach out have a rough sense something needs to change — not a fully formed plan. That's the right place to start.

Questions you might have

A few clarifications before you reach out.

Coaching isn't therapy, and you don't need to have anything figured out before we talk. These are the questions that come up most often.

How is this different from therapy?

Therapy is often focused on healing, diagnosis, and looking deeply at past experiences. Coaching, in this context, is forward-focused: we start from where you are now and work toward what you’d like to change or decide. We’ll absolutely honor your emotions and history, but I’ll stay within the bounds of coaching and refer out if therapy would serve you better.

What kinds of topics do people bring to coaching?

Common themes include career transitions, decision-making around job offers or paths, questions about creative direction, resetting boundaries with work, easing out of burnout, and navigating seasons of “I know something needs to change, but I’m not sure what.” If it’s about how you choose, design, or relate to your life and work, it likely belongs here.

How often do we meet, and for how long?

Most clients meet every 2–3 weeks for 60 minutes. That rhythm tends to create enough momentum without feeling overwhelming. We’ll adjust based on your schedule, capacity, and what you’re working through.

Do you offer short-term coaching or just ongoing work?

Both are possible. Some people come for a focused 4–6 session engagement around a specific decision or transition. Others stay longer as they move through multiple phases of change. We’ll talk about what makes sense in your consultation.

What if I’m not sure I'm ready for coaching?

That’s exactly what the free consultation is for. There’s no expectation that you’ll sign up. We’ll use the time to understand what’s on your mind and whether coaching is the right container for you right now.

Design clarity. Choose what's next.
